Responsibilities
Support the German-speaking sales team in identifying and maintaining leads and opportunities
Prepare and maintain sales pipelines in the CRM system
Create and update sales materials, presentations, and proposals in German
Conduct research on potential customers, market segments, and competitors
Assist with customer communication: follow-ups, appointment management, documentation
Help with small projects involving Sales, Pre-Sales, and Engineering, e.g., providing input for solution ideas or technical translations
Requirements
You are enrolled in a degree program in Business, Engineering, Computer Science, or a related field
Some experience or strong interest in sales, customer-facing roles, or commercial tasks
Internships or part-time jobs in related areas are a plus
Very good German language skills, both written and spoken; good English is an advantage
Resilience and energy: you stay calm and focused when things get busy and proactively look for solutions
Self-starter mentality: you enjoy working independently, are well organized, and keep an overview even without close supervision
Strong communication skills, enthusiasm for active participation, and initiative
Confident use of MS Office (especially PowerPoint & Excel); experience with CRM systems is desirable but not required
