About the role
- TechOps Engineer managing cloud-first environment to empower global workforce at AND Digital. Overseeing key technical projects while ensuring compliance and security in operations.
Responsibilities
- Platform Management: Act as an administrator for Google Workspace and Microsoft 365, managing complex migrations, advanced licensing and cross-platform integrations.
- Identity & Access: Okta lifecycle management (provisioning/deprovisioning), MFA enforcement, and SSO integrations for all enterprise applications.
- Endpoint Engineering: Manage a diverse fleet using MDM solutions (e.g., Jamf, Kandji, or Google Endpoint) ensuring and maintaining zero-touch deployment.
- Security & Compliance: Maintain and monitor Anti-Malware/EDR tooling. Ensure all technical controls align with ISO:27001 standards and assist in annual audit preparations.
- Collaboration Tooling: Advanced proficiency administrating Slack, including app integrations, workflow builder, and enterprise grid management.
- ITIL Process Leadership: Champion ITIL best practices for Incident, Request, Problem and Change Management to ensure high service availability and minimal downtime.
- Patch Management: Monitor new and emerging vulnerabilities to tech stack, testing and implementing patches inline with policy.
Requirements
- Experience: 4+ years in a TechOps, Systems Admin, or IT Engineering role in a high-growth environment.
- OS Expertise: Deep technical knowledge of Apple macOS and ChromeOS (hardware and software lifecycle).
- The "Core Four": Proven track record of administering Okta, Slack, Google Workspace, and Microsoft 365.
- Security Mindset: Hands-on experience with Mobile Device Management (MDM) and Anti-Malware/EDR (e.g., CrowdStrike, SentinelOne).
- Compliance Knowledge: Practical understanding of ISO:27001 controls and how they translate to technical configurations.
- Service Standards: Strong understanding of the ITIL framework (Certification is a plus).
