Responsibilities
Support in the implementation of software related to Human Resources
Primary point of contact for questions regarding the integration of the software solution and coordination of interface setup
Design of technical data flows between software products such as Azure, SAP, and web services
Participation in the development of new integrations for software partners
Help shape internal processes and contribute your own ideas

Requirements
Successfully completed university degree — e.g., in Business Administration, Computer Science, Information Systems, Psychology, Social Sciences, or a comparable qualification
Initial professional experience gained through various internships in the HR field
Basic knowledge of an object-oriented programming language
Experience with web services (SOAP, REST, etc.) and understanding of JSON, XML and XSLT
Experience with authentication methods (e.g., SAML, OAuth 2.0)
Knowledge of cloud platforms such as Azure, AWS or Google Cloud Platform is an advantage
Strong IT affinity, analytical skills, and willingness to learn new topics
Entrepreneurial thinking, proactive approach, and an ownership mentality
Ability to think through problems end-to-end and develop sustainable solutions
Team-oriented and strong communication skills
Confident and persuasive communication in German and English
