Partner Account Manager responsible for driving LATAM partnerships and strategy for Aircall. Focusing on relationship management and business development in a fast-paced environment.
Responsibilities
Develop and manage relationships with key strategic partners, including software providers and channel partners
Identify new partnership opportunities and develop strategies to expand Aircall’s market presence in LATAM
Lead and accelerate sales growth by executing business strategies tailored to these markets
Provide strategic insights, working closely with the Sales Director
Collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams such as Marketing, Partnerships, BDR, Customer Success, Product, and Tech
Represent Aircall at industry events, conferences, and forums
Develop a deep understanding of the LATAM SMB market, competitive landscape, and key trends
Requirements
Fluency in Spanish and English
Entrepreneurial mindset to establish and grow presence in a new market
Self-starter motivated to succeed in a collaborative, fast-paced environment
Naturally curious and passionate about learning and adapting to new markets, technologies, and sales strategies in Latin America (LATAM)
Experience with channel and integration partnerships in LATAM is an added advantage
Previous experience in the Hubspot, Salesforce or Zendesk ecosystem will be a plus
