Responsibilities
Manage a portfolio of clients relating to operational wind farms across ANZ
Communicate directly with clients and resolve any issues as they arise
Collaborate with a variety of internal stakeholders to achieve necessary outcomes meeting contractual obligations
Liaise directly with wind farm service staff on output of energy or relating queries to the Service Sales team
Build great relationships internally and externally
Handle customer queries and manage Loyalty base for repeat order as "Brand Promoters"
Track financial efficiency of assigned Service Contracts and mitigate Contract risks
Manage receivables and upsell on ongoing technological features
Empower and drive "Commercialise the Operations" by extending support to Operational teams
Requirements
Engineering with 3-5 years experience desired on handing Engineering products
Preference to having experiences in Product-Sales OR Service-Sales function
Managing customer expectations and align to the Vestas process flow
Professional customer relationship skills
Ability to manage Customer meetings
Confidence in contract interpretation and track the progress
Upselling and transactional skills
Basic financial knowledge
Comfortable with being the voice of Vestas to our customer
