Responsibilities
Build and maintain strong relationships with existing customers
Identify and pursue new customers through networking, cold calling, and lead generation
Prepare and deliver compelling sales presentations
Negotiate pricing, terms, and conditions to close deals
Manage sales pipeline and CRM systems (e.g., Power BI)
Collaborate with internal teams (R&D, Technical, Customer Support, Supply Chain, Finance)
Conduct market research to stay ahead of industry trends and competitor activities
Requirements
Bachelor’s degree or higher (Chemical Engineering background preferred)
Minimum 3 years of sales experience, preferably in B2B or marine industry
Proven ability to meet sales targets (€4M+ independent sales experience)
Excellent communication skills in English and Mandarin
Proficiency in CRM systems and Microsoft Office Suite
Strong problem-solving, time management, and adaptability skills
