Responsibilities
Contributes to achieving or exceeding sales and KPI targets by:
Builds an emotional connection with customers and embodies the brand values
Serves customers, sells and conscientiously performs store operations
Uses expertise and experience to provide feedback and support to team members
Ensures optimal brand presentation in consistent, CI-compliant display standards and in line with the Retail Marketing calendar
Knows the store targets and individual goals and actively works to achieve or exceed them, using all resources available in the store
Meets or exceeds customer expectations and drives sell-through and brand awareness
Trains new employees (if applicable)
Requirements
Core competencies of an "Advanced Retail Professional"
Fluent German (spoken and written), basic English
Basic MS Office skills (Word, Outlook, Excel, PowerPoint)
Strong communication skills
Qualification as a salesperson
Qualification in Visual Merchandising desirable
Minimum 12 months of professional experience in sports and/or fashion retail
