Responsibilities
Identification of potential clients: Approaching strategically important local companies and leading brands.
Relationship management: Building close relationships with decision-makers and offering tailored solutions.
Product presentations: Leveraging the full product portfolio to demonstrate value in a customized way.
Cross-team collaboration: Closely coordinating with various teams to generate leads and produce marketing materials.
Reporting: Maintaining oversight of sales activities, the pipeline, and revenue forecasts.
Process optimization: Promoting the exchange of best practices and team collaboration.
Requirements
Minimum 5–10 years of sales experience, ideally in media or mobile advertising.
Proven success in meeting and exceeding revenue targets in the DACH region.
Strong understanding of market dynamics in the DACH region, including customer preferences and cultural nuances.
Excellent communication and negotiation skills, and the ability to build and maintain relationships with diverse stakeholders.
Demonstrable experience across the full sales cycle — from prospecting and lead generation to closing deals.
Proactive, target-oriented working style and a good understanding of online formats, benchmarks, and KPIs.
Fluent German and English.
Willingness to travel within the DACH region.
