Responsibilities
You advise and sell our broad product portfolio with a special focus on heat pumps to single-family homeowners around Frankfurt (maximum travel time 90 minutes).
You independently organize and structure on-site appointments and consultations according to your customers' needs.
You ensure transparent communication and tailored solutions from first contact through to successful project completion.
You clarify basic technical questions on-site regarding the heat pump (we will provide training, but you should have basic technical understanding and interest).
Our Inside Sales team qualifies your leads in advance – so you can expect to engage with potential customers who have genuine interest.
You act as the link between the Inside Sales team, customers, and project coordination.
A company car is provided for field appointments (private use possible).
Requirements
You have experience in technical sales, ideally in B2C field sales, and are passionate about renewable energy (particularly heat pumps).
You work independently, organize efficiently, and are solution-oriented in customer advisory.
With your communication skills and service orientation, you build strong relationships with our customers.
You are digitally fluent, quick to adopt new tools and use them to optimize your work.
You are a team player, bring a positive attitude, and actively contribute to shared goals.
You speak fluent German (C1–C2, must-have).
You hold a category B driving license (must-have).
