Responsibilities
Drive Enterprise Growth: Lead new business sales across our three core product families—Chemical & Workplace Safety, Product Safety & Stewardship, and Supply Chain & Sustainability—targeting large, complex enterprise organizations.
Generate and Scale Pipeline: Proactively build and expand a self-generated pipeline by leveraging strategic market mapping, personalized outreach, and your established enterprise network to drive sustained revenue growth.
Own the Enterprise Sales Cycle: Manage complex sales cycles end-to-end—from initial discovery to contract closure—partnering with internal subject matter experts to deliver value-driven solutions, cross-sell across product lines, and exceed ambitious revenue targets.
Engage, Expand, and Elevate Relationships: Initiate and lead high-impact conversations with C-level executives and key decision-makers, aligning 3E’s innovative solutions with their strategic business goals to create long-term, high-value partnerships.
Master Consultative Selling: Work closely with our industry experts to craft tailored proposals, manage product trials, and ensure solution alignment with client needs, positioning 3E as a trusted advisor in a rapidly evolving market.
Requirements
6+ years of direct experience in complex B2B sales, including a strong track record of consistently achieving or exceeding quota as an individual contributor.
Proven success closing six-figure deals using a consultative selling approach, with a strong emphasis on self-generating pipeline and prospecting for new business opportunities.
Demonstrated hunter mindset with a track record of consistently identifying, pursuing, and winning new logo opportunities.
Proficiency in pipeline management and sales activity tracking using tools like Salesforce.com, LinkedIn Sales Navigator, or similar CRM and prospecting platforms.
Robust negotiation and communication skills, with the ability to build strong, productive relationships with both external partners and internal cross-functional teams.
Drive growth through new business development by promoting Valet Living’s amenities to multifamily communities. Engage with various stakeholders while managing a robust sales pipeline across assigned territories.
