About the role
- Channel Manager at Brave Bison developing digital content strategies for high-profile sports clients across various platforms. Sourcing, editing, and optimizing content for YouTube, Facebook, and TikTok with performance analysis.
Responsibilities
- Working with high-profile sporting clients to develop successful digital content strategies across YouTube, Facebook and TikTok.
- Using a variety of tools to analyse content performance in order to feedback insights and improvements to clients.
- Content optimisation (inc. metadata, titles, descriptions, tags thumbnails).
- Sourcing and editing digital content to comply with the best practices across a variety of social platforms.
- Scheduling and publishing videos in accordance with brand guidelines and best practices.
- Working alongside the rights management team to protect the rights of key stakeholders.
Requirements
- 2+ years experience working on YouTube - ideally YouTube certified.
- A social media native, who understands the differences between social media platforms and the video content that works on each – in particular, YouTube & TikTok.
- Excellent knowledge of Adobe Creative Cloud (primarily Premiere Pro, Photoshop).
- Knowledge of YouTube Creator Studio, the YouTube Content Management System and TikTok’s analytics.
- Keen analytical mind that can turn data into content ideas.
- Excellent attention to detail, spelling and grammar.
- Clear and confident communicator, able to convey insights to clients with ease
- Ability to work in a fast paced, rapidly evolving business.
