Marketing student role at Sysfacts AG focusing on online presence and B2B marketing for IT transformations in a hybrid work setting. Collaborate with leadership on multiple marketing projects.
Responsibilities
Website relaunch: Bring our positioning to life: You will plan our new website together with management and external specialists – from information architecture through messaging and basic UX to go-live.
You will manage agencies and developers, keep timelines in check and ensure that our positioning as "Strategic General Contractor" is evident on every page.
Your impact: The website is our digital storefront and often the first touchpoint for CIOs and IT decision-makers. You shape how potential customers perceive and understand us.
Case studies: Make execution excellence visible: You will develop case studies with external content partners that bring our projects to life – from interviewing project participants to final publication.
LinkedIn campaigns: Establish thought leadership: You will develop and plan LinkedIn campaigns (paid & organic) that showcase our expertise.
You define target audiences, create creatives and copy, build landing pages and track performance.
Brand consistency: Anchor our positioning: You will work closely with management to ensure our positioning ("Strategic General Contractor", "Single Point of Accountability", "Zero Disruption") is communicated consistently across all marketing assets.
Requirements
Passion for marketing: You are studying marketing, communication sciences, media studies, business administration with a marketing focus, business informatics, or a related field – and you are passionate about B2B marketing, content strategy and storytelling.
Language skills: You write excellent German (C1+) and very good English. You can translate complex technical concepts into clear, persuasive copy.
Organizational skills: You can juggle multiple projects at once, manage external service providers confidently and keep deadlines and quality on track.
Availability: You can commit 12–20 hours per week and are available for at least 6 months (ideally longer).
Nice-to-haves (but not deal breakers):
B2B marketing experience: Initial experience in B2B marketing (content, social media, campaigns) – ideally with tech or IT topics – is a plus but not required. We look for potential, not perfection.
Tool knowledge: Basic familiarity with tools like Canva/Adobe, CMS (e.g. Webflow/WordPress), LinkedIn Campaign Manager, Google Analytics or similar tools is helpful. If not: we will train you.
Tech affinity: Interest in IT topics and the ability to quickly grasp technical concepts will help you communicate our projects more effectively.
