About the role

Responsibilities
- Work with the business to understand training needs and facilitate training solutions
- Deliver company-wide training such as Operations New Hire, Sales, Continuing Education and Leadership classes

- Track and analyze course offerings by examining participant job performance
- Resolve routine issues and monitor daily operations
Requirements
- College degree or equivalent work experience
- Two (2) to Four (4) years of work related experience in a similar role
- Experience in the auto finance or financial services industry preferred
- Experience writing reference materials, procedures manuals and end-user guides
- Knowledge of adult learning, teaching methodologies and instructional design mechanics
- Knowledge of state and federal regulatory compliances
- Working knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite, including Excel and Word
