Responsibilities
Collaborates closely with hiring managers to comprehensively understand the company’s talent requirements for each role, aligning with competitive hiring goals and expectations
Utilizes various sourcing methods to identify and engage with qualified candidates, maintaining high-touch relationships through a robust candidate database
Manages the end-to-end interview, selection, and closing process, ensuring a smooth transition for successful candidates
Takes ownership of designing and implementing a candidate experience that reflects our company's values and culture
Conducts reference checks as necessary to validate candidate qualifications and suitability
Facilitates the offer process, extending offers and negotiating employment terms in alignment with company policies and guidelines
Oversees onboarding and the new hire process, ensuring a seamless integration into the organization
Stays actively engaged with job boards, social networks, and recruiting platforms to attract quality candidates, creating and posting compelling job descriptions and announcements
Ensures compliance with employment laws and regulations throughout the screening, hiring, and selection process
Manages the full recruiting lifecycle across diverse roles, supporting managers in identifying, hiring, and retaining top talent
Organizes and participates in job fairs and recruitment events to cultivate a strong candidate pipeline
Requirements
Bachelor’s degree in Communication, Business Administration, or a related field; Master’s degree in Human Resources Management preferred
Approximately 2 years of professional experience in talent acquisition or a similar role, with experience in tech roles.
Demonstrated proficiency in the full recruitment cycle, employing various interview techniques and evaluation methods
Strong understanding of organizational roles and their respective requirements
Familiarity with process documentation and a commitment to staying informed about industry trends
Experience using LinkedIn Talent Solutions for proactive candidate sourcing
Knowledge of Applicant Tracking Systems (ATSs) and proficiency in MS Office, particularly Excel and PowerPoint
Excellent written and oral communication skills in English
Exceptional multitasking and time management abilities
