Responsibilities
As part of the recruitment team, you will play a strategic role in building and expanding our teams. In close collaboration with hiring managers, you will be responsible for the full recruitment cycle for a variety of profiles, primarily in Tech, Data, Product Design and Development.
Your main responsibilities will include:
Managing the entire recruitment process, from defining the need to contract signing.
Working with managers to understand their challenges and anticipate future needs.
Implementing innovative and targeted sourcing strategies to identify top talent in the market.
Conducting structured interviews and ensuring a high-quality candidate experience aligned with Yassir's values.
Actively contributing to employer branding strategy, notably through social media and HR events.
Participating in the continuous improvement of recruitment processes and tools.
Requirements
Bachelor's degree (Bac+3) or higher in Human Resources, Management or a related field.
Proven experience (minimum 3 years) in recruitment, ideally in a tech or international environment.
Strong command of interview techniques and sourcing tools.
Excellent communication skills, with the ability to influence and collaborate with various stakeholders.
Proactive, result-oriented and able to work autonomously.
Proficiency in French, with a good level of English.
