About the role

  • Bilingual Recruiter at Dal-Tile managing high-volume hiring for manufacturing and distribution roles. Collaborating with hiring managers to attract and engage candidates, ensuring an efficient hiring process.

Responsibilities

  • Develop and execute sourcing strategies to support high-volume hiring needs across MFG and RDC locations
  • Source candidates using job boards, social media, employee referrals, and networking
  • Build and maintain candidate pipelines for recurring and hard-to-fill roles
  • Serve as the primary point of contact for candidates throughout the hiring process
  • Conduct candidate screenings in both English and Spanish
  • Coordinate and schedule interviews with hiring managers
  • Provide timely updates and ensure a professional candidate experience
  • Partner with hiring managers and plant leadership to understand staffing needs
  • Develop recruiting strategies aligned to business demands
  • Maintain accurate candidate records in the Applicant Tracking System (ATS)

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business, or related field, or equivalent experience
  • 2+ years of recruiting experience preferred
  • Experience recruiting for manufacturing, distribution, or hourly workforce roles strongly preferred
  • Bilingual in English and Spanish required
