Requirements
3-5 years of end-to-end Tech & Commercial recruiting experience (in-house, RPO, or agency supporting tech/startups)
Strong stakeholder management skills - able to influence and collaborate across functions
Hands-on sourcing experience in competitive markets (SF, NY, or similar high-growth hubs)
Excellent communication skills and a bias for action
Comfort operating autonomously in fast-paced, high-growth environments.
