Leading the deployment of talent acquisition programs and initiatives
Managing end-to-end recruitment for all roles
Developing and implementing strategies to attract early-career talent
Ensuring compliance with recruitment processes
Monitoring recruiter performance and ensuring timely and high-quality recruitment delivery
Requirements
At least 10 years in talent acquisition
Proven track record of building and executing recruitment strategies that support business objectives
Strong background in international recruitment
Expertise in executive recruitment is essential
Excellent leadership, influencing and communication skills
Familiarity with talent attraction and diversity recruitment initiatives
Experience in the healthcare, life sciences, or medical device industries is a plus
Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience
Fluency in English
