Requirements
Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field
10+ years of experience in commercial or revenue leadership roles
Leadership experience in optimizing teams for rapid scale
Demonstrated success in leading Sales, Go-To-Market, and Marketing teams
Strong proficiency in CRM systems, data analytics, and revenue optimization tools
Understanding of the cannabis and hemp markets
Interest in highly regulated industries and overcoming external challenges
