About the role
- UX Designer influencing strategic decisions in user experience for Paschoalotto's innovative digital products. Collaborating with diverse teams in a dynamic, agile environment.
Responsibilities
- Interpret and understand users’ expectations and pain points regarding their interaction with the Pagou Fácil product;
- Assist in conducting user research and prepare, document, and present the findings to stakeholders;
- Experience creating personas, journey maps, empathy maps and other definition and validation tools;
- Provide references on market best practices, user behavior studies, innovation and trends;
- Work closely with the project client to translate business requirements into innovative interactive experiences;
- Help maintain consistent communication and digital experience across initiatives, squads and projects;
- Support research activities, including recruiting participants, conducting interviews and consolidating results into reports and presentations;
- Identify usability issues and create hypotheses and tests to address them;
- Oversee tests and validate the relevance of new features, services and solutions for customers;
- Increase user satisfaction (NPS);
Requirements
- Proficiency with design and prototyping tools for mid- and high-fidelity (preferably Figma);
- Experience conducting quantitative and qualitative research, analyzing quantitative and qualitative data, and running A/B tests;
- Knowledge of leading user research and workshop sessions, validating hypotheses and analyzing metrics;
- Technical knowledge combined with business problem-solving (empowerment to make decisions);
- Willingness to work collaboratively in multidisciplinary teams in a dynamic, agile environment;
- Strong verbal and written communication skills;
- Openness to change and other opinions.
