Responsibilities
SuperSportBet is recruiting a lead designer to join the marketing team in Cape Town.
The core outcome of the role will be to establish and lead the in-house design function including the skills development of the 3 designers.
The role is tasked with developing brand led concepts and managing resource to roll out the required assets.
The role acts as a brand custodian, ensuring single minded brand identity is achieved across all touch points while still delivering a quality and on time response to the brief.
Requirements
4 to 6 years - experience in a lead design role
Experience setting up a new internal team | design studio is an advantage
Experience in art direction | concept development roles, as well as prior experience in rolling our assets
Experience working withing categories such as iGaming | Sports betting | Tele-comms | Ecommerce | retail will be an advantage
Demonstrated experience retaining agile behaviours while still introducing functional maturity
A demonstrated portfolio of work that showcases range of design competency and deliveries
Demonstrate a clearly defined design process that has been implemented in other roles
Experience in roles working across formats and channels including digital, social media and other (print)
Experience introducing Ai tools into design mix to improve efficiency.
