Responsibilities
Designing, delivering, and measuring integrated marketing programs that combine content, campaigns, and events to drive awareness, engagement, and lead generation.
Planning and executing events — from webinars to flagship experiences — ensuring impact and clear ROI.
Developing and maintaining a high-performing content calendar across digital and event channels.
Collaborating cross-functionally with Sales, Product, and Customer Success teams to ensure initiatives are customer-centric and aligned to revenue goals.
Managing agency partners and event vendors to deliver quality programs on time and on budget.
Leveraging marketing technology and automation platforms to improve efficiency and scalability.
Monitoring industry trends, applying a test-and-learn approach to optimise campaigns.
Requirements
At least 6 years’ experience in multi-channel B2B marketing
Proven track record of achieving or exceeding growth targets
Experience delivering successful in-person and virtual events
Strong background in content creation and campaign measurement
Experience managing agencies and external vendors
Solid project management skills with competing priorities
Comprehensive understanding of SaaS metrics and growth levers
Experience with Salesforce, HubSpot or Dynamics (Nice to have)
Tertiary qualification in Marketing or related discipline (Nice to have)
Knowledge of emerging content formats and event innovations (Nice to have)
