Responsibilities
Identify, plan, and execute special projects that align with the firm’s strategic goals
Define objectives, success metrics, and timelines
Analyze current operational workflows, identify areas for improvement
Lead pilots, experiments, and iterative improvements
Anticipate potential roadblocks and proactively address obstacles
Leverage data to measure project success and refine strategies
Develop and implement change management plans
Draft compelling, clear communications on project progress
Organize presentations, status reports, and executive briefings
Integrate complex and diverse inputs from project teams
Requirements
Bachelor’s degree required
Master’s degree or MBA strongly preferred
7+ years of Program Management experience
Business or professional services operations experience is a plus
Six Sigma, PMI or Lean experience preferred but not required
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Proven ability to lead strategic programs and complex projects on time and within budget
Knowledge of techniques and tools that promote effective analysis
Ability to process complex information with high levels of accuracy
Effective management and leadership skills
Strong Microsoft Office – Word, Excel, Visio, and PowerPoint skills
