Responsibilities

- Lead activities related to managing supplier performance
- Own the identification and execution of projects to improve value delivery across the spend portfolio
- Support ongoing supplier governance and Supplier Relationship Management (SRM) by leading quarterly business reviews
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree from an accredited institution (or equivalent experience)
- Degree in Business, Science, Engineering or Supply Chain Management preferred
- 6+ years of Supply Chain experience in a global, matrixed organization
- 3+ years of experience in Sourcing and Procurement, with a focus on Raw Materials, Packaging, and/or External Manufacturing
- Knowledge/Experience with Project Management and Sourcing / Procurement tools and methodologies, including organizational and negotiations skills
- Proficient with Microsoft Office; SAP; Ariba Supply Chain Collaboration, AI tools
