About the role

Responsibilities

  • Seek guidance from team members to understand processes and improve task execution.
  • Assist in data collection and analysis to support process improvement initiatives.
  • Contribute to team efforts by engaging in discussions and sharing insights on process tasks.
  • Monitor the email inbox for callouts and time-off requests.
  • Approve timecards daily and ensure schedules are accurate.
  • Perform operational projects as assigned by management.
  • Support Help Desk queues related to Ariba Procure-to-Pay (P2P) activities.
  • Process and resolve invoice discrepancies and exceptions.
