About the role
- Senior Digital Identity Manager leading IAM/PAM/CIAM projects using various technologies across Poland, CEE, and EMEA. Ensuring client satisfaction and high-quality service delivery in collaboration with cross-functional teams.
Responsibilities
- Lead and manage delivery of IAM/PAM/CIAM projects for clients across Poland, CEE and EMEA
- Design and implement identity security solutions using technologies such as SailPoint, Saviynt, CyberArk, Delinea , Microsoft, ForgeRock, Ping, Okta
- Identify opportunities for improvement and prepare implementation materials
- Oversee technical and delivery aspects of multiple projects simultaneously
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams including marketing, IT, and customer service
- Ensure high-quality service delivery and client satisfaction.
Requirements
- At least 10 years of hands-on experience in IAM/PAM/CIAM implementation and support
- Strong knowledge of identity-related processes: onboarding, authentication, authorization, offboarding, consent management
- Practical skills in installing, upgrading, configuring and troubleshooting IAM/PAM/CIAM solutions
- Experience in managing small to medium-sized technical teams
- Good understanding of DevOps principles
- Excellent command of English
