Responsibilities
Act as the primary point of contact for clients on brand identity and activation projects.
Build and nurture strong, trust-based client relationships.
Anticipate client needs and position HY.AM as a strategic partner, not just an executional agency.
Lead the end-to-end delivery of projects including brand identities, campaigns, and brand activations.
Translate client briefs into clear, actionable internal direction.
Oversee timelines, budgets, and resources across multiple projects.
Ensure all outputs meet HY.AM’s standards for creative quality and cultural relevance.
Work closely with Strategy, Creative, and Production teams to connect client objectives with bold creative solutions.
Manage account budgets and profitability.
Identify growth opportunities within existing accounts, from expanding identity rollouts to scaling activations.
Mentor and guide Account Executives/Managers on client service and project delivery.
Requirements
4–6 years of account management experience in a creative/brand/design agency.
Strong organisational skills with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
Excellent communication and presentation abilities—confident in client-facing moments.
A commercial mindset: comfortable with budgets, scopes, and growth opportunities.
Curiosity for culture and love for brand, design, and storytelling.
Fluent in English and German (spoken and written).
