About the role

  • Account Manager handling day-to-day client service requirements in Property & Casualty brokerage. Supporting renewal strategies and managing a book of business through effective communication and organization.

Responsibilities

  • Handle the day-to-day Client Service requirements on an assigned book of business
  • Participate in renewal strategy including claims reviews and exposure gathering
  • Manage a renewal book of business, supporting the placement process and drafting submissions
  • Respond to daily questions or changes from the client
  • Work with Associate Account manager or 3rd party vendor to issue Certificates and Invoices
  • Update the system of record to reflect conversations and communications
  • Handle contract reviews and claims management

Requirements

  • 2+ Years of experience in a Property & Casualty brokerage environment
  • Hold Insurance licenses
  • Knowledge of Property & Casualty business
  • Ability to follow process and procedures guidance
