Responsibilities
Prospect & Generate Leads : Identify and target local businesses, organizations, and community groups to introduce our corporate wellness offerings.
Nurture existing relationships and accounts.
Sales & Presentations : Schedule and conduct in-person meetings, presentations, and product demonstrations with decision-makers (HR leaders, executives, business owners).
Proposal Development : Create and present wellness packages within the terms approved by gym ownership and develop proposals customized to fit within the clients needs and budgets.
Partnership Building : Develop long-term relationships to increase participation and engagement in wellness programs.
Networking : Attend community events, health fairs, and professional networking opportunities to promote our services.
Organize and coordinate in club special events.
Account Management : Maintain ongoing communication with corporate partners to ensure satisfaction and retention.
Performance Tracking : Achieve or exceed monthly and quarterly sales targets; track leads, opportunities, and pipeline activity in CRM software.
Requirements
Proven measurable experience in outside sales, B2B sales, cold calling and business development within the fitness, wellness, or related industry.
Strong presentation, negotiation, and closing skills.
Experience generating ideas to expand and develop the program and execution.
Ability to work independently, manage time effectively, and meet established sales goals.
Excellent verbal and written communication abilities.
Proficiency in CRM tools, Microsoft Office Suite, Google Workspace and virtual meeting platforms.
Proven history of accurate reporting, lead tracking and submitting reports in a timely manner.
Passion for health, fitness, and wellness solutions.
Prior experience selling corporate wellness, gym memberships, or health-related services is required.
