Responsibilities
You will support the implementation of our sales and go-to-market strategy across various markets.
You will help build and maintain sales enablement materials (e.g., presentations, one-pagers, case studies, CRM data).
You will support campaigns and activities along the customer journey, from lead generation to closing.
You will assist in qualifying leads, prepare customer contacts and support appointment preparation.
You will develop ideas for customer acquisition and retention, plan initiatives with us and take responsibility for smaller projects independently.
You will help define relevant KPIs, analyze sales activities and identify optimization opportunities.
You will monitor market and competitor developments and contribute your insights to our strategic planning.
Support in maintaining the CRM system (e.g., HubSpot, Salesforce).
Creation of sales reports and performance dashboards.
Preparation of product demos or customer presentations.
Requirements
Currently studying Business Administration, (International) Business Management, Industrial Engineering, Marketing & Sales, Business Development, Entrepreneurship, Digital Business / Analytics, Digital Health, Health Economics or a comparable degree program.
Ideally, initial practical experience in sales, marketing or business development, e.g., through internships or working-student roles.
Basic knowledge of sales enablement, lead management or CRM tools (e.g., HubSpot) is an advantage.
Confident use of Google products (especially Google Slides and Google Sheets); experience with digital tools is a plus.
Very good German and English skills, both written and spoken.
