Responsibilities
Prospect and generate leads: Research and identify potential customers within target markets using tools like LinkedIn, CRM databases, and other resources.
Conduct outbound outreach: Use a combination of cold calling, emailing, and social media engagement to reach potential clients.
Qualify inbound and outbound leads: Assess prospect needs, pain points, and interest in our SaaS solution.
Set appointments and demos: Work closely with Account Executives to schedule meetings with qualified leads to seamlessly transition qualified leads into the sales funnel for further engagement.
Maintain accurate records in the CRM system: Track all outreach activity, conversations, and outcomes.
Stay up to date on product knowledge and industry trends: Articulate our value proposition clearly to prospects.
Collaborate with Marketing and Sales: Provide feedback on lead quality, messaging effectiveness, and campaign performance.
Participate in regular team meetings, providing insights from your prospecting efforts and contributing to the refinement of sales strategies.
Requirements
1+ year of experience in a telesales, sales, business development, or customer-facing role (SaaS experience preferred but not required).
Proven results in a fast paced environment.
Ability to handle volume and stay organised.
Strong communication skills: Exceptional written and verbal skills with a confident phone presence.
Goal-driven and self-motivated: A competitive spirit with a drive to exceed targets.
Ability to handle rejection and persistently pursue new leads in a fast-paced environment.
Familiarity with CRM platforms (e.g., Salesforce, HubSpot) and sales engagement tools.
