Responsibilities
Conduct active (outbound) prospecting through research, segmented lists, and professional networks.

Make first contact with potential clients, present GR Academy, and identify initial fit.
Perform preliminary lead qualification (profile, interest, and timing) and hand off to the SDR to advance through the funnel.
Execute follow-up cadences via WhatsApp, email, and phone.
Update the CRM with complete contact details and interaction history.
Share feedback and insights with marketing and the commercial team.
Participate in weekly alignment meetings and performance training sessions.
Meet prospecting, meeting-scheduling, and opportunity-generation targets.
Represent the brand with professionalism, energy, and clarity of purpose.
Requirements
Preferred education: Commercial Management, Business Administration, Marketing, or related fields.
Minimum experience: 3–5 years in active prospecting, consultative sales, or business development (B2B or B2C).
