About the role

  • Sales Manager responsible for prospecting, monitoring, and developing client relationships for SEEPEX's pump technology products. Knowledge of agri-food and industrial markets preferred.

Responsibilities

  • Ensure the prospecting, monitoring and development of a clientele generating or that can generate a turnover and a strategic stake for the company
  • Define commercial targets
  • Centralize all market and business information
  • Define means to make the commercial approach effective: telephone prospecting, sending commercial documentation
  • Ensure competitive intelligence and recommend necessary actions to gain market share
  • Identify relevant contacts and implement sales prospecting
  • Present and adapt commercial offers
  • Track requests and provide costing as needed
  • Monitor and develop various sales channels
  • Negotiate and sign sales contracts
  • Retain existing accounts by growing revenue
  • Monitor customer satisfaction and manage operational activities

Requirements

  • Higher education with a technical and commercial focus
  • 3 years’ experience in a similar role in technical product business development
  • Knowledge of agri-food, environment, oil and gas markets would be a plus
  • English and French speaking
