Responsibilities
Regularly visit prospects and customers with presentations to understand their needs and link with product portfolio.
Interface with primary customer's purchasing and technical organizations in order to solicit new business, and to participate actively on long term projects.
Develop and manage relationships with top management with selective major accounts.
Develop and execute a territorial coverage plan (in writing).
Acquire and maintain in-depth knowledge of all assigned accounts.
Ensure high level of customer satisfaction.
Submit request for samples or projects; ensuring that adequate information is on the request so that product management can make appropriate business decisions.
Requirements
A bachelor's degree or equivalent education
Fluency in German and English (spoken and written) is mandatory
Sales and/or Technical profiles will be considered
Sales experience in B2B ideally with value added products; Junior applicants will also be considered
Ability and willingness to travel to multiple customers through assigned territory (travel can be up to 60% with frequent overnight travel)
Ability to work both autonomously as well as with a team; you will bring a high level of self-discipline and motivation
Be a good relationship builder with excellent communication skills
