About the role

  • Key Account Manager responsible for client relationship management, project onboarding, and sales opportunities in logistics software. Focus on sustainable solutions and process improvements.

Responsibilities

  • Customer Support & Relationship Management: You build strong, long-term relationships with our existing customers and ensure they grow successfully with us.
  • Project Management: You are responsible for customers' onboarding projects after the contract is signed and ensure they move into implementation as quickly as possible.
  • Upselling & Cross-Selling: You identify potential within existing customers and actively develop new business opportunities.
  • Monitoring & Reporting: You track KPIs, analyze the development of your accounts and derive measures to optimize performance.
  • Teamwork & Process Improvement: You work closely with Marketing, Sales and Customer Success to meet customer needs as effectively as possible and to continuously improve our processes.
  • Customer Feedback & Strategy: You proactively gather feedback, recognize trends and contribute to the strategic development of our accounts.

Requirements

  • Experience in Customer Management: You have at least 2 years of experience in account management, ideally at a B2B SaaS company.
  • Strong Communication: You engage customers through empathy, negotiation skills and professional communication.
  • Analytical Thinking: You identify potential within existing customers and derive concrete actions.
  • Organized & Self-Driven: You work in a structured, independent manner and take responsibility for your accounts.
  • Team Player Mentality: You collaborate closely with Sales, Marketing and Customer Success to provide optimal customer support.
  • Flexibility & Willingness to Learn: You are open to new challenges and continuously develop your skills.
