About the role
- Projekt- bzw. Genehmigungsmanager managing the construction permits for mobile towers. Joining American Tower, a global leader in telecommunication infrastructure.
Responsibilities
- Managing building-permit procedures for mobile communication towers from preparation through submission of the building application
- Coordinating and directing individual tower construction projects
- Creating new projects, maintaining the database and providing regular project reporting
- Monitoring deadlines and schedules
- Continuously monitoring and improving established processes
- Obtaining quotes for project execution and communicating with contractors and contract partners
Requirements
- Degree in civil engineering, environmental planning, architecture or landscape planning, or vocational qualification as a draughtsperson/technical draftsman/technician (or equivalent), or relevant professional experience in the mobile communications or construction industry
- Ideally experience working with government authorities/regulatory bodies
- Good knowledge of and experience in project management
- Assertiveness and strong communication skills
- Excellent MS Office skills (especially Excel and PowerPoint)
- Fluent German (spoken and written) and good English skills
