About the role
- Project Manager leading various digitalization projects focusing on ERP in a hybrid freelance position. Collaborating closely with departments to optimize processes and implement technology solutions.
Responsibilities
- Project management & coordination: Leading and implementing various digitalization projects with a focus on ERP
- Interface management: Close collaboration with logistics, workshop, procurement and sales to optimally align processes
- Tool usage & digitalization: Configuration and use of MS Office, Salesforce, Airtable and other systems to increase efficiency
- Agile working: Applying Scrum methods for iterative project delivery
- Low-Code / No-Code configuration: Supporting the optimization and adaptation of processes through modern tools (no coding required, but an affinity is desirable)
- Hands-on mentality: Independently developing and driving solutions in a fast-paced environment
Requirements
- Experience in project management, ideally with a focus on ERP, processes or digital transformation
- Confident use of MS Office; experience with Salesforce and Airtable is desirable
- Structured, proactive and solution-oriented working style
- Scrum experience is a plus; agile mindset and ability to implement independently
- Hands-on mentality: Willingness to actively improve and implement processes
- Flexibility: 20 hours per week, partly remote, partly on-site in the greater Dresden area
- Strong communication skills & ability to work across interfaces: You will collaborate with all departments and understand their needs
- Knowledge of Low-Code/No-Code tools is advantageous but not mandatory
