Responsibilities
Conduct research, competitive analysis, and gather customer feedback to identify trends and opportunities.
Translate customer insights into compelling product positioning, messaging, and sales tools.

Develop and execute comprehensive go-to-market plans for product launches.
Provide sales collateral, talking points, and marketing support, ensuring timely product launches.
Create strong value propositions and messaging tailored for target audiences.
Ensure all relevant teams are aligned on product marketing objectives.
Define and monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) for campaigns and launches.
Act as the customer's voice within the organization.
Contribute to roadmap ideation, gather customer feedback, and assist with revenue projections.
Communicate with internal stakeholders and act as the primary contact for product-related questions.
Create materials to motivate sales and outbound marketing teams.
Deliver executive-level presentations on products/features.
Develop productive internal and external working relationships.
Engage with customers to present product value and answer launch-related questions.
Collect customer feedback via Sales to inform product strategy.
Requirements
Bachelor's degree in business, marketing, or a related field.
4-6 years (or 3-5 years) of related work experience, preferably marketing financial or technical services for manufacturers or retailers, or an equivalent combination of experience and training.
Experience in online advertising or social media marketing is a plus.
Proven ability to deliver high-quality presentations.
Demonstrated capacity to communicate complex concepts.
Ability to approach work with both a product and client mindset.
Highly curious and self-learning individual.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office and Google suites.
