About the role

  • Product Marketing Manager crafting compelling go-to-market strategies for Vibe.co, a streaming TV advertising agency. Collaborating across teams to position Vibe as a market leader in performance marketing.

Responsibilities

  • Define and evolve Vibe's positioning across key buyer segments — translating product capabilities into clear business value narratives
  • Own messaging consistency across every external surface: web, sales decks, event materials, and announcements
  • Partner with the website and design teams to bring updated positioning to life across key pages
  • Build and run a repeatable GTM launch process — checklist, content, enablement — delivered on time for every feature
  • Produce short-form launch content that drives product awareness and adoption across channels
  • Collaborate with design and web to bring launch surfaces to life with speed and consistency
  • Own the sales content pipeline: one pagers, decks, battlecards, and competitive intelligence
  • Track and improve the Sales Confidence Score — a quarterly AE survey measuring positioning clarity, collateral quality, and confidence to close
  • Work directly with sales and CS leaders to identify gaps and ship assets fast, without needing to be managed
  • Partner with customer success to source, write, and ship case studies that highlight measurable impact
  • Build a repeatable process so strong customer stories are never bottlenecked
  • Define and track PMM impact metrics: product adoption, asset performance, and sales enablement effectiveness
  • Use AI tools to monitor competitor ads, pricing, and messaging shifts in real time — and turn those signals into battlecards and positioning updates

Requirements

  • 4–6 years in product marketing in B2B SaaS, enterprise software, or streaming TV/connected TV advertising — with clear ownership over positioning, launches, or sales enablement
  • Proven ability to build messaging that translates product capabilities into buyer-ready value narratives
  • A portfolio of sales enablement assets you've owned end-to-end: one pagers, decks, battlecards — not just contributed to
  • Strong writing skills for GTM content — product announcements, web copy, launch assets, case studies
  • At least one AI-automated workflow running independently in your day-to-day — using AI only to write doesn't count
  • Track record of working cross-functionally with Product, Sales, and CS simultaneously and shipping on time.
