Responsibilities
Assist the DGIG project portfolio manager by providing subject matter expertise and support for related activities
Coordinate and mentor a group of seasoned professionals
Analyze and make recommendations on budgets, estimates, projections and other financial parameters of projects
Assess processes and recommend ways to simplify and automate them
Help coordinate, plan and monitor projects to meet objectives on time and on budget
Create performance and budget governance indicators
Develop risk management, capacity management and project benefit management methodologies and processes
Interact with many contributors working in a wide range of fields including finance, risks and delivery
Serve as leading expert for your practice and its development
Monitor, analyze planning and make recommendations on the capacity of the resources involved in portfolio projects
Requirements
Bachelor’s degree in project management, finance or a related field
A minimum of eight years of experience in actuarial services or finance
Experience in portfolio management, project management and/or project control
Knowledge of French is required
Intermediate advanced proficiency of English
Proficiency in Jira, Power BI, OPMI and Microsoft Office suite
Knowledge of project and portfolio risk management
