About the role

  • Recruitment Analyst responsible for end-to-end high-volume recruitment processes. Collaborating with teams to meet hiring needs effectively in a hybrid work model.

Responsibilities

  • Manage end-to-end talent attraction and selection processes for high-volume commercial hiring;
  • Delight candidates with an efficient, personalized selection process;
  • Act as a business consultant, collaborating with teams and managers to understand recruitment needs and support them throughout the process;
  • Conduct passive recruitment (funnel) and proactive sourcing;
  • Use data and metrics to measure the success of the selection process, SLA performance, and client satisfaction levels;
  • Take initiative and apply creativity to propose recruitment strategies and solutions based on indicators;
  • Provide feedback to all candidates who participated in the selection process — this is essential!

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree completed
  • Available to work in a hybrid model (on-site Mondays and Tuesdays; remote Wednesday to Friday)
  • Solid experience in high-volume attraction and selection, preferably in the commercial segment
