Responsibilities
Manage a portfolio of corporate clients with a significant number of active sites, handling post-sales activities and ongoing relationship management;
Manage deployment, improvement and expansion projects for Telecom/Connectivity services;
Lead executive meetings with clients (QBRs, metrics, performance and follow-up of Work Orders and SLAs);
Identify upsell opportunities, reduce churn and improve the customer experience;
Coordinate internal interfaces (Operations, Engineering, Support, Sales and PMO) to ensure deliverables and problem resolution;
Drive demand and incident management processes and technical-operational action plans;
Support and/or lead the team involved in account servicing and portfolio management (when applicable);
Prepare management reports and operational performance indicators.
Requirements
Bachelor's degree completed (preferably in IT, Telecom, Engineering, Business Administration or related fields);
Experience in B2B post-sales and account portfolio management;
Solid experience in project management (certification or best practices in PMI/ITIL preferred);
Strong knowledge of IT and Telecom (networks, connectivity, infrastructure, SLAs, etc.);
Experience in executive client meetings and KPI management;
Leadership profile and ability to lead teams and stakeholders;
Intermediate or advanced English;
Experience in corporate Telecom/ISP environments or connectivity infrastructure;
