About the role

  • Sales Analyst ensuring operational feasibility and performance of commercial offers at Veepee. Collaborating with brands and cross-functional teams in the PAP Kids division.

Responsibilities

  • Reporting to the PAP Kids commercial team, the Sales Analyst plays a central role in the construction, operational feasibility and performance of commercial offers. A key link between brands, the commercial teams and cross-functional teams, they ensure data reliability, the consistency of multi-lot offers and the optimization of business performance.
  • They work in partnership with the Key Account Manager and act as the analytical and operational point of contact from offer design through to the post-sale review.
  • Manage the operational implementation of complex sales (multi-lot, multiple stock sources, multiple commercial conditions).
  • Receive, check and validate brand offers (pricing, stock, assortments, contracts, visuals).
  • Ensure consistency between lots and systems across high volumes of SKUs.
  • Coordinate cross-functional teams (Supply Chain, Finance, Legal, Data, Content, Integration).
  • Ensure sales schedules are met (dates, integrations, content, pricing).
  • Manage contractual relationships and first-level disputes with partners.
  • Analyze offers and provide recommendations on assortment, volumes and pricing.
  • Build analysis files (sales history, competitive monitoring, market data).
  • Contribute to forecasting, budgeting and variance analysis exercises.
  • Monitor ongoing sales performance (revenue, margins, volumes) and report results.
  • Conduct post-sale reviews and identify optimization levers (pricing, stock, replenishment, supply).
  • Collect, consolidate and analyze data from multiple sources.
  • Work with large databases and ensure accuracy of information.
  • Feed pricing tools and verify consistency of pricing rules.
  • Turn data into concise, actionable, performance-oriented analyses.
  • Provide day-to-day support to commercial teams in brand relationships.
  • Actively participate in brand meetings, workshops, business plans and trade shows.
  • Coordinate accounts at a European level, both internally and externally.
  • Understand and master Veepee’s value proposition (Flash Sales, Brandsplace, Media).
  • Optimize processes and operating procedures.
  • Proactively propose improvements as part of a continuous improvement approach.
  • Be sensitive to data and AI use-cases to improve productivity and analysis quality.
  • Demonstrate anticipation, proactivity and results orientation.

Requirements

  • You hold a Master's degree (Bac +5) from a business school or university program.
  • You have proven experience in sales analysis, commercial analysis or a similar role.
  • You are results-oriented and have excellent data analysis and data management skills.
  • You have strong negotiation skills.
  • You are rigorous, organized and able to meet tight deadlines.
  • You enjoy teamwork and can collaborate with different departments.
  • You are motivated to learn and adapt to the challenges of a dynamic environment.
  • You possess excellent communication and presentation skills.
  • You are proficient with Google Workspace and Microsoft Office, in particular Google Sheets, Slides and Excel.
  • You have a fluent level of English.
