About the role

  • Lead Retail Indirect Sales Manager driving sales productivity across Authorized Retail stores. Partnering with management to achieve sales objectives and improve customer experience in the retail setting.

Responsibilities

  • Responsible for Authorized Retail sales productivity across 20+ doors
  • Develop and attain AT&T sales objectives by partnering with authorized retail district management
  • Achieves sales objectives by innovating and creating outside growth strategies around AT&T products and services
  • Drive year-over-year store-level growth and grow door productivity to AT&T Retail performance
  • Drive sales results, establish target interlock for geographic area
  • Implement strategic and tactical programs to grow AT&T's business inside and outside the retail walls
  • Collaborate with Authorized Retail management to maximize efforts
  • Responsible for driving FirstNet, BAT, and Win Local activities within the district
  • Develops and shares sales best practices, tools, programs, and organizational support needed for productive relationships
  • Delivers accurate forecasts, achieves monthly, quarterly, and annual goals, and conducts alignment meetings with District Managers

Requirements

  • 1 to 5 years’ retail, customer-facing, sales experience
  • 2 years sales management experience preferred.
  • Bachelor’s degree (BS/BA) desired.
  • 8+ years of related sales experience.
