Responsibilities
Support the Performance Marketing Manager in executing and optimising multi-channel campaigns across SEM, social, video, and display.
Analyse campaign performance and provide actionable insights to improve lead generation and conversion.
Collaborate with internal stakeholders to ensure alignment across messaging, creative, and landing page experiences.
Monitor budgets, track spend, and ensure campaigns are delivering against acquisition targets.
Contribute to a culture of testing, learning, and continuous improvement.
Requirements
1–3 years’ experience in a performance marketing role (agency or client-side)
Hands-on experience with platforms like Meta Ads Manager and SA360 (or similar)
A data-driven mindset with a strong understanding of campaign metrics and ROI
A collaborative, curious approach and a desire to grow your skills in a fast-paced environment
A relevant degree in marketing, business, or similar (postgrad qualifications a plus)
