Responsibilities

• Oversee daily patient care operations and ensure the delivery of high-quality service.
• Collaborate with healthcare professionals to maintain and improve the standard of care.
• Develop, implement, and evaluate patient care strategies, policies, and protocols.
• Mentor, support, and manage a team of healthcare staff to achieve excellence.
• Monitor patient outcomes and lead continuous improvement initiatives.
• Ensure compliance with all federal, state, and local regulatory requirements.

Requirements

• Active Registered Nurse (RN) licensure in the state of practice.
• Minimum of 2 years of management or supervisory experience, preferably in a home care setting.
• Proven experience applying professional standards of practice and Medicare Conditions of Participation.
• In-depth knowledge of accepted professional standards and federal, state, and local regulatory requirements.
• Strong leadership, organizational, and communication skills.
• Ability to work effectively in a hybrid model and travel to various office locations within Pennsylvania.
