Partner Marketing Manager working with partners on marketing strategies and campaigns for the IT industry in the ASEAN region. Driving digital outcomes and supporting partner relationships in a hybrid work environment.
Responsibilities
Engagement with business owners and marketing managers
Planning, managing and supporting the execution of partner marketing plans and campaigns
Day-to-day management of existing partner relationships ensuring the partners are informed, enabled and driving actions to support and grow our client’s revenues
Working with partner and local sales and marketing teams to understand the solution focus and then take ownership of sourcing suitable materials provided by our client
Creating marketing briefs for presentation and partner training
Monitoring marketing campaign execution and ROI
Monitor leads and be accountable for supporting the end-to-end lead management process
Be responsive and act as the first point of contact for your client and partners
Create and adapt data from a variety of data points to produce client-ready reporting and analytics
Identification and resolution of client issues with escalation to Program Manager/Director where necessary.
Requirements
Business-level Indonesian and English both written and spoken, with the ability to adapt communication style to fit the audience
A minimum of 3-5 years of work experience in the ASEAN market, such as in a Business to Business Marketing environment in the IT/Technology industry
Experience in Channel Marketing and/or the Public Sector will be an added advantage
Extensive experience and knowledge of the Digital Landscape and online platforms such as Google, LinkedIn, etc.
Ability to support the translation of content and client feedback between English and Indonesian
Previous experience working in a Marketing role; planning and developing full strategic marketing campaigns, including budget management and allocation
Knowledge and experience of online advertising campaigns (training will be provided)
Good knowledge of online (e.g. email marketing, SEO, SEA, display advertising, video production) and offline Marketing campaign types (e.g. events, telemarketing, print advertising, sponsoring, incentives)
Excellent client liaison skills, ability to react and respond in a timely and effective manner
The ability to grow relationships and become a trusted advisor
Strong MS PowerPoint, Excel and Word skills with the ability to present information
