Support Analyst in the Engineering team ensuring infrastructure solutions for a telecom client with on-site visits in Rio de Janeiro. Monitoring critical systems and managing service requests.
Responsibilities
Monitor the client environment, checking systems and machines to ensure full operation;
Analyze and perform preventive maintenance in client environments;
Receive and analyze incident and problem tickets reported by the client;
Receive and execute service requests;
Provide workarounds to minimize client impact when failures occur;
Develop permanent solutions to problems;
Execute, follow up and monitor change/maintenance windows;
Perform performance and capacity management;
Manage backups and recovery plans;
Attend rotating on-call shifts outside business hours;
Perform on-site visits in the city of Rio de Janeiro;
Requirements
Experience with infrastructure deployment or support;
Experience with Linux environments;
Experience administering physical and virtual machines;
Intermediate networking knowledge;
Knowledge of virtualization solutions;
Knowledge of backup solutions and recovery plans;
