Responsibilities
- Execute calculations and analyses related to working hours to identify patterns and behaviors that will serve as the basis for the Legal team to prepare defenses in labor lawsuits;
- Identify automation opportunities in labor-calculation processes and propose improvements;
- Participate in the implementation of RPA (Robotic Process Automation) and other HR technologies;
- Document process flows and support automation testing;
- Develop performance indicators for task execution and automated processes;
- Collaborate with IT, Legal, and Payroll teams to ensure data integrity and legal compliance;
- Handle support requests via the Elaw tool.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree completed in Administration, Accounting, Production Engineering, Information Systems, or related fields;
- Advanced Excel (including formulas, macros, and VBA);
- Prior experience with timekeeping/attendance records and payroll;
- Knowledge of labor legislation and calculations of termination/settlement payments (verbas rescisórias);
- Previous experience in process mapping and documentation;
- Willingness to work in Piracicaba/SP under a hybrid model (3 days on-site and 2 days remote), following the English workweek (44 hours per week).
