Responsibilities
Execute calculations and analyses related to working hours to identify patterns and behaviors that will serve as the basis for the Legal team to prepare defenses in labor lawsuits;
Identify automation opportunities in labor-calculation processes and propose improvements;
Participate in the implementation of RPA (Robotic Process Automation) and other HR technologies;
Document process flows and support automation testing;
Develop performance indicators for task execution and automated processes;
Collaborate with IT, Legal, and Payroll teams to ensure data integrity and legal compliance;
Handle support requests via the Elaw tool.
Requirements
Bachelor’s degree completed in Administration, Accounting, Production Engineering, Information Systems, or related fields;
Advanced Excel (including formulas, macros, and VBA);
Prior experience with timekeeping/attendance records and payroll;
Knowledge of labor legislation and calculations of termination/settlement payments (verbas rescisórias);
Previous experience in process mapping and documentation;
Willingness to work in Piracicaba/SP under a hybrid model (3 days on-site and 2 days remote), following the English workweek (44 hours per week).
