Responsibilities
Develop key messaging, marketing collateral and campaigns, support marketing operations, and execute on digital marketing strategies that engage our Group Benefits members and sponsors.
Co-lead the creation and execution of holistic GTM strategies across omnichannel and omni-stakeholder touchpoints.
Deliver compelling marketing campaigns that support the launch of new products and enhancements.
Provide support to sales and customer-facing teams to equip them with the necessary tools, training, RFP content, and materials.
Partner with internal thought leaders and subject matter experts to prepare for speaking engagements, external ads, sponsored content, reports, etc.
Measure campaign effectiveness by analyzing data and insights.
Requirements
University or college degree in marketing, communications, media, or related field of study.
5+ years of experience in a Marketing role.
Excellent writing skills with a strong ability to create, draft, and edit written marketing collateral that drives awareness, engagement, and action.
Intermediate working knowledge of Microsoft Office applications, including but not limited to Outlook, Word, and Excel, Smartsheet, and Mural.
Data-oriented, with experience working within marketing automation and sales enablement tools (e.g., Salesforce Marketing Cloud, Seismic) and analytics software (e.g., Google Analytics).
Process- and detail-oriented with a strong commitment to quality.
